GalPaca Farm is set on 40 acres in the beautiful rolling hills of southwestern Dane County. We are located about 30 miles SW of Madison, WI and approximately 5 minutes NE of Blanchardville, WI.

We have a great foundation herd and a wonderful Great Pyrenees (Barney) who keeps everyone safe. We have alpaca colors ranging from Beige to Black with a number of championship bloodlines. We have plenty of pasture for the alpacas to roam about freely and employ pasture rotation. We also cut and bale our own hay so we can ensure the best quality feed for everyone.

We offer boarding for other alpaca owners. Animals that are boarded here receive the same special attention we give our own.

GalPaca Farm is home to Tsunami, our 13 time champion grey herdsire. He is available for outside breedings and, to date, has produced banner winning cria both for other farms and of course, our own. See his listing for more information.

We have 3 new cria from 2016 on the farm including a gorgeous maroon female, a hardy fading fawn male and a stunning tuxedo silver grey male. We are expecting another 6 cria for 2017.

At GalPaca farm, we pride ourselves in not only producing quality alpacas but alpacas that produce superior fiber that knitters and spinners alike, truly appreciate. Along with our yarn and roving, we offer hand knit products from our alpacas as well as alpaca socks, alpaca insoles, dryer balls and more. Everything here is 100 percent made in the USA. We would be happy to entertain you for a farm visit if you are interested in purchasing or raising alpacas. Please call for an appointment. You can also view our products on line at galpacafarm.com.

We open our farm two weekends a year for the general public to take photos and feed carrots to our prized herd. For 2017, we will likely be open the last weekend in September and the first weekend in October.
